President
Normand has been working in the field of insurance since 1980. When he founded Quesnel & Associés, Normand aimed to set his firm apart from the others through a creative and personalized approach to providing consulting services and solutions so as to meet the current and future needs of his clients.
Over a short period of time, he assembled a team of specialists and a network of professionals with whom he established partnerships, which has allowed him to provide consulting services that maximize risk management and his clients' financial value by taking into account all the tax and financial consequences of the proposed solutions.
Normand's personalized and humane approach is much appreciated by his clients, with whom he maintains a durable relationship that is based on trust and respect.
He contributes to the development and the involvement of young people by participating in various organizations, such as the opening committee of the Ancre des Jeunes House in Laval, and by acting as governor of the Forces AVENIR organization from 2012 to 2014.
